简单好看的FS的水宝宝计时<9.18>

　　好久没有来看了，喜欢这个插件的的朋友们不好意思哈，见谅~~

　　刚才去作者网页看了下，8月31日更新了r2，看了看，作者说这个插件版本可以在2.4和WoTLK里正常工作~不过我没有测试

　　- Check for the name of the pet to be sure it's a water elemental
　　- 检查宠物的名字以确定是水BB
　　-- This feature works on localized names, so it might not work in all regions
　　-- 这个特性是基于本地名称的，所以不一定在所有的语言环境都可以使用
　　-- English is tested
　　-- 英语环境测试通过
　　-- French, German and Spanish implemented but not tested
　　-- 法语，德语，西班牙语添加了，但是没有测试
　　-- Other regions are unsupported, EF is shown no matter what pet is summoned
　　-- 并不支持其他的语言环境，EF不会检查你的宠物是否是水BB
　　- Event system updated
　　- Internal Changes
